Our guest this week is Dr. Renee Mitchell.  Dr. Mitchell holds a doctorate in organizational leadership and both master's and bachelor's degrees in industrial organizational psychology.

Dr. Mitchell has 20 years of Human Resources experience. Her past positions include Director of Human Resources at CNA Insurance, Organizational Development Consultant at Allstate Insurance, and Human Resources Manager for Cook County.

In addition, she has been certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) for 16 years.
