It's all about the women.  Our guest today is Chris Anne Melching of CenterStage Group.  Chris is a speaker, author and communications coach for senior executives.  In 2002, Chris co-founded PowerCamp, a leadership development program that encourages peopel to discover their potential and focus their energy to achieve personal and/or professional goals.
