T-Ran Gilbert started out singing at the kitchen table at the age of three, and has grown into a full-time master of his craft as a singer/songwriter, musician, producer and motivational speaker.
T-Ran previously released three singles (“Breathe,” “Nowhere,” and “Lord Make Me Over”) from his highly-anticipated, full-length album, The Imprint. The video for “Breathe” released on September 2015, tells the story of a man trying to save his marriage. The video for “Nowhere,” released on January 8, 2016, tells the story of a woman escaping the bondate of a human trafficking situation. Nashville producer OGtha3 co-produced both songs, “Breathe,” and “Nowhere.” The Imprint will also include the track "Through It All," featuring Dove-nominated singer Beckah Shae.
He released his "Live And Not Die" EP worldwide on iTunes and Amazon in 2013 on the strength of the first single, “Need You Now,” written and produced by T-Ran Gilbert. The video for the song, released on January 25, 2012, garnered over 1.4 million views on YouTube. The same song is also featured prominently in the 2015 TV One movie, For The Love of Ruth. He has also appeared in two episodes of the ABC primetime drama, Nashville.
T-Ran Gilbert is known for shifting the atmosphere of whatever platform he has been given. With performances in the U.S. and abroad, T-Ran Gilbert is an ambassador of a new era in Inspirational R&B / Pop music. Based in Nashville, he has shared stages with many national artists: Shania Twain, Monica, Kirk Franklin and Kool & The Gang, to name a few.
