Stress is the leading cause of chronic illness today.  The combination of physical, mental and emotional factors have lead us to a state of chronic stress.

When the body reaches this level, diet and exercise are just not enough.  At this point, the body is experiencing overload and burnout as our nervous system, digestive system, immune system, lymphatic and endocrine systems have been asked to do more than they can handle for too long.
