Automation has been able to make companies more profitable. It has also led to a need for our workforce to be better trained; develop a higher skill level. The gas station attendant is no longer there to pump your gas or to ask you if you oil needs to be checked.

As the middle class has been forced to tighten their belt and the government too has been forced to tighten theirs. Small businesses have been impacted negatively.
In today’s market place, profit margins have to be scaled back. How should a company compensate for the potential of loss profit margins? How do you re-engineer your company to get better profit margins?
