Are you living or just existing? Is emotional pain keeping you from living an Empowered life?
Did you know that the human response to hurt, painful experiences and general frustration in life is to hang onto them? Why? If you touch a hot handle on a pot or pan, you let go immediately. Yet over and over again, you continue to torture yourself with the things that sear your heart and soul.
The fact is, every new experience you have - good, bad or indifferent - becomes embedded in your brain. Unfortunately, those experiences can pop back up again at the most inopportune moments. Of the 50,000 thoughts you have every day, the negative ones will come to mind more often - and more quickly - than the positive ones - unless you learn to Empower yourself to let go.
Letting go of the past, letting go of the hurt, the frustration in life, the pain you've felt in your heart and soul is an Empowering experience in itself. But it takes practice and focused attention - time to retrain your brain - before the positive things will be first in line in your thought patterns.
How can you do that? It will require a dedication of purpose, a willingness to evolve into a more postive, Empowered person and a commitment of time, but you can do it.
