You are not alone. It happens to everyone. You have everything under control, then like a car that's running out of gas, you start sputtering and jerking along and suddenly, you can't go any further.

You may feel worn out and sick of a project. Maybe you're really tired of the people you are having to deal with. Maybe nothing and no one is cooperating. You want to throw your hands up and let the whole thing go down the tubes.

It could be that's the right thing to do - or maybe you just need a break or some sleep. How long has it been since you ate, or even got up out of your chair to take a break?

Are you feeling like quitting from an emotional aspect? A physical one? Are the numbers not working?

Whatever it is, there is a solution. You can't put square pegs in round holes, so maybe the answer really will be to quit. Or maybe you just need to back up and reqroup.
