There have been calls to boycott British Petroleum because of the disaster the company has caused this world. Boycotting does not just hurt those responsible but also the "little guy" who is just trying to survive and care for family. Where does responsibility end? When do we support evil by our compliance as employees? Where and how should lines be drawn when large corporations cause evil in this world that affect so many innocent lives (human and others)? Join us as we discuss values in the workplace. How do we decide if an potential employer is ethical? How do we decide whether to remain in a job when we KNOW there is a lack of ethics and responsibility? How do our Christian values inform and affect our choices for employment? Guest: Peggy Gotthold Peggy worked as an engineer for a major oil company.
