Julie's diverse background in Kinesiology, Reiki, Massage Therapy, and Pilates, combined with 19 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry enable her to provide safe, effective, compassionate and holistic training and coaching solutions to her clients. This expertise enables Julie to to provide unique, holistic fitness and coaching services that are a blend of intuition, compassion, kinesiology, musculo-skeletal movement and pattern recognition, injury rehabilitation and prevention and a deep commitment to helping others to maximize the effectiveness of each session.
She is a competitive physique and Femsport athlete who believes that true fitness begins from the Inside Out and that what begins as a physical pursuit often becomes so much more all-encompassing, positively affecting ones social, mental, emotional and spiritual states in addition to the wealth of physical benefits. Her keen eye for movement restrictions (muscular and/or skeletal) and imbalances further help my clients gain better improvements in not only strength and cardiovascular development but true core stability, joint mobility, injury rehabilitation and more.
