The vibration of anger is your body's sensory warning system that something is not right in your universe. Think of your aura as the body's alarm system - anger is the alarm that goes off when disturbing energy has crossed over your energetic boundary. Anger is our body's way of communicating with Spirit for help. 

Anger is not considered an acceptabe emotion - it is often misunderstoood and misused. Often we say,  "It's not spiritual to be angry,  or "I am always suppose to be nice and loving". So what happens to all the unexpressed anger, or anger that is expressed unconscously? It is often suppressed down into our guts - into the second chakra where it becomes stuck,  which can eventually lead to depression and dis-ease.
