MTV's Charlie B & The NYC Arts Cypher

Charlie Balducci aka Charlie B who is known as MTV's Bad Boy has started taken the on a new role which is, President of NYC Arts Cypher. The NYC Arts Cypher is a grassroots organization that spotlights how to give back to the urban culture of NYC. They have programs that intergrate Arts and Entertainment with Kids in within the 5 Borroughs. They are putting a plan together to take this program globely.
