This is one of the only books I can remember that I've read twice in the span of three or four months. It's got so much to offer - from practical info about the natural running movement (I'm onboard completely) to one of the most inspirational and eye-opening narratives you'll find. Whether you're into running or not, this book is really entertaining. And because it calls for us to get back to how our ancestors ran, it seems appropriate to connect it to the Enlightened Caveman concept.
