Your daily mntra..'I AM THE CREATOR OF MY GOOD AND I AM FEARLESS IN MY JOURNEY!' When you persist in repeating your daily mantra, you find yourself taking a deep breath, you sit-up straighter, breathing deeply and you find yourself saying...'ALL RIGHT! YES!' I CAN DO THIS! and the wonderful thing is, that something within me steps right-up and shows itself fully present and accounted for. Something shifts in my mind and I am stronger, more confident. I am in fact, FEARLESS. My belief in the goodness of life is absolute and unshakeable no matter what the evening news sounds like.
I am not indifferent to the experience of violence, injustice and pain that's happening to so many.
Compassion and service for others are part of my spiritual journery!
