CHANGE IS IN THE AIR!  CHANGE is constant, you need to know when to shift your strategies to accommodate CHANGE!

Are you on of those people who can't seem to stick to any resolution or goal that you made in earnest, you resolved to lose weight, start an exercise program and the list goes on.

Could it be you're over zealous when making a list of your goals.

CONFUSION...TAKE ACTION FIRST.  What is it you want to achieve.  WRITE IT DOWN.

DELUSION...the novelty has worn off ,,,you don't have the time to fit in exercising.  The busiest people fit in fitness in their daily schedules.

STAY TUNED...

INTRUSION...SECULSION...etc.

ILLUSION...etc.

Stay focused...etc.

Have a 'buddy' system...etc.

STICK  with IT...etc.
