The NEW YEAR is a perfect time to reflect on the past year. Now, be honest, what changes did you make in your ife and diet to promote a healthy heart?
Was one of your resolutions to achieve/enjoy better heart health, better health. This usually includes losing weight or joining a gym, AH, but we all know many well-intended resolutions fade away by the end of January.
RESOLVE TO HAVE A HEALTHIER HEART IN 2016...

Give yourself a break...etc.
Invest in a slow cooker...etc.
Make over your kitchen...etc.
Join a gym...etc.
Set achievable goals...etc.
