WASH THEIR HANDS OFTEN, use handi-wipes to clean equipment.  Don't touch your mouth, eyes or nose without washing you hands.

EAT WELL, DRINK WATER.  When it's frigid outside the last thing you want is a cold glass of water, but you need to stay hydrated.

SLEEP, 8-9 hours of SLEEP every night.

ROUTINE, be consistant with work outs.

STAY TUNED...

Spend an hour outside...etc.

Center your mind and body...etc.

Gratitude and Meditation...etc.

Prevention is a frame of...etc.

THE MIGHTY ONION...etc.
