THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING...THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS AND THE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS.

Parties galore, entertaining in pandemic mode.  STOP, TAKE A BREATH.  Holidays are to be enjoyed, not a recipe for BURN-OUT!  I'm at a loss to understand why most people, not all, set themselves up to STRESS---SLEEPNESS NIGHTS all because of the HOLIDAYS.  Did you forget, THANKSGIVING is for giving thanks in gratitude.  CHRISTMAS, rejoicing in the birth of CHRIST...NEW YEARS DAY, to celebrate for 'the best is yet to come in 2013.

All of the above are for you to sit in silence and be grateful not EAT and PARTY yourself into oblivion!

Did you know the path to health and living longer is through your stomach and your CHOICES---YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!
