BE GOOD TO YOURSELF...let's begin with relaxation techniques proven to be successful in relieving both physical, emotional stress and tension.  Decide what exercises help you feel GOOD, then put together a simple program for yourself and USE IT.  Daily would be best, Occasionally...so-so...Only in an emergency...OFTEN TOO LATE!

Let's begin with Deep Breathing, a basic relaxation technique that can be used anytime during the day without interrupting your activities.  Deep Breathing reduces physical and/or emotional tension and stress.  Use it to help you.  Easy does it, slow down, let-go...relax.  "BELLY BREATHING"...begint to exhale (breathe out) slowly through your nose, contracting your tummy and naval region.  Don't hold your breath...begin to inhale now (breathe in) as you breathe in expand your tummy...pretend you're filling a water bottle.  Clear your mind as you complete one entire breath.

Observe your body's...etc.

Avoid any stretch that can...etc.
