Can 'OLD AGE' be reversed, YES, according to longevity Doctors it's no longer a crazy dream.  We all know that aging is on a celluar level, yes, I know you've heard me say it time and time again, but your body doesn't lie.

Did you know that if your energy level is low and you wake-up feeling tired and groggy instead of refreshed and energized, those feelong are due to poor sleep which affects the health of your cells.  Did you know that those feelings can come from surprising problems in your bedroom, NO, not that kind of bedroom problem.  I'm talking environmental issues.

First issue, check for allergens even if you don't think you have allergies.  Certain particles can cause uneasy breathing and disrupted sleep.  In many cases, our bedrooms have extremely high levels of indoor contaminants...dust mites...pet dander and formaldehyde, common in carpet padding.  You can decrease these allergens by doing things like...using a vacuum with a HEPA filter...washing bedding in hot water and drying them on the hottest dryer setting...swap your down pillows for fiber filled varitey...move plants to another room...get 100% cottom sheets...No TV or cordless phones in your boudaire.
