For all those born prior to 1940...

Consider the changes we have witnessed.

We were before television...

We were before radar...credit cards.

We got married first, then lived together, how quaint can that be.

In our time, closets were for clothes, not for "coming out of."

We were before house-husbnds, computer dating.

We were before day care centers.

We never heard of FM radio.

For us, "time sharing" meant togetherness.

In 1940, "Made in Japan, meant junk and 'making out referred to how you did on an exam.

STAY TUNED...

We were before...etc.

Designer Jeans were...etc.

We were before Group Therapy...etc.

A "chip" meant...etc.

Pizza, McDonalds were...etc.
