Your are WHAT YOU EAT. Your CHOICES determine how you feel, look and perform. I just read an article about the pre-training tennis players have to follow to perfect their game...strength, endurance, timing, co-ordination and responses. Diets, their CHOICES fuel their bodies. They can't endure the strenuous pace of tennis. I'm sure many tennis players/stars have dieticians that design their meals, but it's not rocket science, YOU TOO can become the designer of the quality of YOUR LIFE through YOUR CHOICES. Remember, everthing in MODERATION. MY DIET...combine breakfast with lunch. I can't eat early in the morning, so the Silver Fox and I combine breakfast and lunch. After working out, fruit plate, assorted fruits and roasted almonds. Dinner...Mediterrean Diet...YES, I EAT RED MEAT! Alternate with chicken, fish, pasta and veggie dinners. Generous salads. Turn off the TV, Radio. It's amazing how much more you'll enjoy your meal! Bon Appetit! Cathi
