Jeff, Great show! For several years I worked as television/radio talent in the Cleveland market. New talent has to realize - in a sense - they are entrepreneurs. As with all new business initiatives talent needs to set aside money to market themsleves. Many people do not realize this in the beginning.

I would suggest NOT letting the questioners speak on the show. They tend to ramble, their accents...god, the level of volume is way too high on their voices. I'd rather listen to Jeff answer questions that were intelligently posed in a written form rather than some fran dresher voiced actress complaining about how she doesn't know anyone. Lets not turn this WONDERFUL chance to learn about the workings of this business turn into a therapy session for those like the women who called during this
