Dimitri Rayner was born on July 13, 1975, in Oakland, CA. As a child, he relocated to Rocky Mount, NC remained until graduating high school. Dimitri is a 1993 graduate of Rocky Mount Senior High School. After high school, he enlisted in The United States Marines Corps where he served four years. Although Dimitri gave his life to Christ as a young child, it wasn’t until the year 2011 that he truly began to know who Christ was and what true relationship with the Father really meant. Dimitri currently serves under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Shirley R. Brown at Destiny International Ministries Apostolic Training Center. Dimitri was licensed as Minister of the Gospel in October 2013 and Ordained the year of 2015. Dimitri’s favorite things to do in life are to serve. He loves to study the word of God and being in His presence. He also loves being with his family, lifting weights, listening to and making music as well as being outdoors.  Dimitri is the owner and operator of Groomers Outdoors, a landscaping business and is an upcoming author. His book, “About-Face. From the Streets to Salvation” will be on bookshelves this fall.

Dimitri is married to Valerie Rayner and together they have three daughters, Triniti, Ayanna, and Adara. Dimitri is a man after God’s own heart. A man of impact, prayer, integrity and good character. Dimitri’s life is a powerful example of just what prayer and faith in God can do.  His favorite scripture can be found in Proverbs 3:5. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to your own understanding.”
