  Environmental Language www.el-furniture.com: A new line of eco-friendly furniture
  
  O Eco Textiles www.oecotextiles.com: A new line of sustainable, eco-friendly fabrics of hemp, bamboo and organic cotton.  More on textiles on a special show in the new year where we'll only talk fabric.
  
  Q Collection www.qcollection.com:  Really liked this line of eco-friendly fabrics!!  Great colors, great fibers...Furniture & accessories are also included in this line!!
  
  Hokanson www.hokansoncarpet.com: Just came across this rug/carpet company...Some eco-friendly materials...wool, sisal, jute...Worth a look.
  
  Payne  www.paynemfg.com: VERY COOL recycled & re-tooled BARWARE!  Loved this line!!!!  Perfect for a bar, media room or anyone who enjoys different, unique glassware.
  
  Andes International www.andesinternational.com: Spectacular line of all natural, solid wood furniture.  Clean lines, contemporary stylings...LOVED IT!
  
  InterHall www.environmentfurniture.com:  Along the lines of Andes International but more transitional styles.
  
  GreenLite www.totallybamboo.com:  My FAVORITE find at this year's Design Chicago...It's bamboo cutting boards that can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand.  Get the Bamboo Revitalizing Oil to keep color & extend life.  I LOVE my cutting board from them.  Other features: low maintenance, light weight, durable (tri-ply, cross laminated construction), naturally anti-microbial (!!!) & knife friendly.  Available on-line or at The Chopping Block in Chicago.
  
  Palecek Furniture www.palecek.com: Spectacular indoor/outdoor furniture.  All natural, sustainable & a total corporate commitment tot he environment.  Furniture, lighting, accessories & textiles.  Very impressed w/this company & will be doing more business w/them for my clients. 
  
  BoosBlock butcher block counters www.greenbutcherblock.com: This company has been designing butcher block tabletops for over 121 years!  Tops can be made for kitchen islands, kitchen countertops, bar tops, or tables in other living spaces!  Saw some examples of end tables that were excellent!  Barstool tops, cutting boars & mezzaluna herb boards can also be fashioned.
  
  MuKitchen www.mukitchen.com: Bamboo textiles for the kitchen!  Kitchen towels, dishrags & aprons!  Love the colors, great price point...Also available in cotton & micro-fibers.
  
  Ecolect www.ecolect.net/greenbox: Kinda cool concept for designers, architects & design schools...this is a subscription service that delivers sustainable materials to your office, studio or classroom every 3 months...Product info displayed on a card w/sample attached.  Great for staying up-to-date.
  
  Farrow & Ball www.farrow-ball.com: VERY impressed w/this paint & wallpaper company.  Founded in England over 70yrs ago.  What I liked was the wallpaper (I know...) which is made by them using ZERO VOC water-based paints..patterns are then block printed onto the wallpaper.  Very traditional, but a neat spin.  The paints are also environmentally friendly using ingredients such as linseed oil & China clay.  Most of their paints are classified as ZERO VOC.  They also practice environmentally friendly manufacturing processes, which as you all know, the paint industry is one of the largest water polluting industries out there.
  
  Eco-verings from CoveringsETC http://coveringsetc.com/About.aspx: some of THE coolest selections of eco-friendly stone/tiles made from recycled glass (wine, beer & champagne bottles included!  Perfect for bars & kitchen counter-tops), recycled metal from deconstructed AIRPLANES & terrazzo.  LOVED this line.
