There's something seductive in the oscillating lines Jamaica's contours, in the way the winds tease the palm trees and the blue seas massage the seaside. There's also a defining quality to its people. Jamaica is mystic and magical! Few countries of Jamaica's size have such a diversity of skin tones and facial features, of landscapes and seascapes, of plant and animal. About 2.5 million people live there, a wonderful blend of African, European, Arabic, Chinese and Indian among others, accounting for the national motto: "Out of Many, One People."
