"I grew up in the North Austin & Round Rock area. I received my Bachelors in Finance specializing in Real Estate from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. I've been a Realtor for three years now, my passion to help home buyers and sellers get the best deal possible grows by the day! I have been very successful in my three years as a Realtor. For the past three years I've been ranked the #1 agent. My friends say I'm a little obsessed, but my clients tell me they love my energyand knowledge of the market.
In his second year as a Realtor he got involved as in the Oil & Gas business when Natural Gas was SKY HIGH. He was a Petroleum Land man working 4 days a week in the Barnett Shale in DFW. His broker recommended he work in the business to understand the Title side of real estate. He was still selling homes while doing Landman work. After a year and half as a Landman/Realtor - working 90 hours a week.. the Natural Gas/Oil market finally went bust. Needless to say, the Land man work dried up. He invested in a Bar & Restaurant in Dec 2008. Business was located on the Infamous 6th st. in downtown Austin. He continued to sell real estate and work as a Realtor full time. He just recently sold his stake in the business as of October 2009. He is working as a Realtor full time. He set some big goals for himself this year. He wants to be listed in the 30 under 30 magazine. A dream of his since starting as a Realtor back in 2007. Christoper will be sharing information about the inventory in the area, incredible values and home buyer incentives.
