Ravinder Taylor is Vice President of Progressive Awareness Research, Inc. (PAR). She has been with the company for twenty-five years beginning in the shipping department and working her way up in the company. As such, she is very well acquainted with every aspect of the companies operation. She currently directly oversees the marketing and PR operations, contributing editorial content, web design, copy editing and research proposals. She left UK's Department of Trade and Industries (DTI) to join PAR. Before the DTI she was employed at the Leicester Royal Infirmary in their Public Health Laboratory.

Ravinder is presently also the co-host of the popular radio talk show, Provocative Enlightenment. She has made numerous radio and personal appearances representing the InnerTalk brand. She is also a co-author of the, Peripheral Learning Desk Reference, a volume dedicated to reviewing thousands of research designs examining subliminal research.
