My guest today is Karla Kay, author of Grief, The Universal Emotion of Loss. Karla lost her husband, daughter and her other daughter’s best friend when the car she was driving had a blow out and rolled out of control. When Karla and her youngest daughter were faced with moving forward from this trauma and loss, they could find little help. Karla then became part of the Crisis Response team in Phoenix. We’ve all lost someone or something, join us to learn about the layers and clusters of grief and trauma and the affects on the body. You will learn how you too can move through heartache and even the unimaginable. Caroline and Karla will take your calls and answer questions, and Caroline will do “spot readings” via the chat or telephone. Don’t miss this informative hour.

“I’ve been a Caroline Sutherland fan ever since the first moment I met her in the ’90s. In fact, she fulfilled a dream of mine. At our first meeting, Caroline looked at me, clearly saw my deficiencies and nutritional needs, and on the spot designed a special plan for my particular body. I felt understood for the first time.”
- Louise Hay, Author of You Can Heal Your Life
