I was just thinking...the gift of giving, tithing and offerings

At sacred or holy times alms are given to those in need. Alms are offered out of our abundance and our lack. 

At different times in the process of life, some of us are the givers, and some of us are the receivers so, let's look at the words and actions and commands  to "do good' in order to understand the importance of giving, tithing and free-will offerings.

Last week we looked at the concept of a holi-days and thier spritual and natural significance in the world. This week we delve into what it means to be a giver and tither and why it is so necessary to do at different times of the year.
