Abuses by Church Crusades and Inquisition

From antiquity to present the church and its auxiliaries; Inquisition and Crusadees, abused every elements of society. The church began as a movement in Israel and became  biggest busiess enterprise in the world. It was done through illegal occupation of Israel and many murders. How can the church started out  a movement of peace, love and salvation has Pope John Paul II making confessing in year 2000  for committing many evils from back in antiquity to present day. Why the church made civil laws to punish people who have done the will of God and Jesus Christ
