Galileo Tried For Heresy By The Roman Catholic Inquisition

Galileo told the truth of what was know in his days about movements of planet Earth, but the evil Roman Catholic Church ordered him not to affirm it. Why the holiest  institution on earth has the most horrific human rights record, especially  in the area of torture murder, imprisonment and confiscating of people's property? But worse that it coerced Galileo and others to lie against the truth of creation.
