Billy Banton's Enforcer Music & Art Gallery Located at 5930-32 Market Street has been as Intricate Part of the Caribbean community since 1998. What started out as a one level Music Store Operation has now grown to a ONE STOP SOURCE OF MUSIC, CULTURE ITEMS, APPAREL, ELECTRONICS, etc. In Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

Chris Budai  was greatly influenced by artistes such as Bob Marley,Beres Hammond , Maxi Priest and Al Green. Budai migrated to the United Statesin 1993 and hooked up with  the “Conscious Warriors”, and recorded a number of tracks.  Budai released his first single "Fantasy" (with CJ) in 2002 and then "Thing I like" in 2005. He is now working on his album due out this summer of 2011, called "Versatility". The first single called "Father Help Me"(My Prayer) was released summer 09, and is already getting alot of positive feedback. This track is getting play on radio stations in Europe, The United States, Canada and Jamaica.  "Father Help Me" is sure to make an impact through its strong lyrical content.
