Zachary goes to the Senate

Today we host a 10 year old boy, Zachary, who bravely testified before the Texas Senate during a special education hearing--all the while fearing who was listening. Senator Shapiro loved him. This brave grandma did her homework and is helping her special needs grandson. Amazing woman!
