Join Candidly Candace as she talks with singer/songwriter Stefanie Jane. She brings listeners on a journey of healing though her troubled life beginning with child sexual assault and abuse to the powerful gift of love. She wanted to create an album that encompassed the many feeling that overcame her along the way. She wanted to break the mold and add different dimensions to typical rock music. Producer Paul Osborn, Leona Rupert and the musicians at Audio Dallas helped create an album with diversity in rock-n-roll forms. Two songs feature a guest appearance by Local blues guitarist Chris Ruest! Stefanie Jane moved to the Dallas area with her family last year to pursue her career in music. She started working with producer Paul Osborn and vocal coach Leona Rupert immediately upon arrival. She has been approached by record companies but chooses to stay an independent artist so that a larger portion of proceeds reach R.A.I.N.N. © and Stop It Now! ©. Stefanie Jane’s late father, Nathan Moore, instilled her with a passion for classic rock music. Stefanie Jane is releasing this album because she was taught, “We are what we listen to.” Feelings are portrayed in songs, but few are willing to look at both sides of pain. Each song is a story on its own, with a different form of rock music to convey a grander scope of feelings. Her songs are her own personal pep talks and she’d like to share them with other. Callers are welcome to call 347-996-3381 during the show. There will be a live chat before and after the show!
