On August 20th we interviewed Paul Blais about his journey with bladder cancer. I am going to be talking to Paul today and he will be updating us on his situation in the Stories Segment.
Last week we discussed Your Optimal Heath and the importance of understanding that because you have been diagnosed with cancer doesn’t mean you can’t live a prosperous and productive life. If you commit yourself to 3 lifestyle changes you will experience better treatment outcomes and just possibly find yourself cancer free for the balance of your life. The lifestyle changes are; Diet and Nutrition, Movement (not necessarily exercise) and Sleep.
In today’s show we are going to talk about the importance of sleep in preventing and treating cancer.
