DeBarge's next album, In A Special Way, continued the string, with "Love Me In A Special Way" and the pretty "Time Will Reveal" topping the Soul and Adult Contemporary charts, and 1985's Rhythm of the Night became the group's biggest yet, as its dance-oriented title cut went gold, and the follow up single, "Who's Holding Donna Now," hitting top 10 Pop and Soul.

Kristinia DeBarge’s

first single off her debut album is already looking like a smash at pop radio and can be heard in Nivea’s latest TV campaign. It may be called “Goodbye” but she’s not going anywhere!

At just 19-years-old, Kristinia’s emotions run deep. She’s learning and growing while she experiences life, love and relationships along with her young fans. Kristinia knows that she doesn’t have all the answers but on her captivating first album, her fans will absolutely relate to her as they join her ride of self-discovery.

Kristinia is no stranger to the music business. She’s the daughter of 80s pop star James DeBarge but her road to a record deal was not handed over to her without patience, perseverance and hard work. Kristinia knew she wanted to be a singer at the age of three but didn’t reveal this passion to her dad until she was twelve. “He wanted me to be a doctor or lawyer. I tried to be open to other careers because I didn’t want to disappoint him but my heart was set on singing,” Kristinia remembers. The same day that Kristinia told him she wanted to sing, they recorded a duet together called “How I Feel Inside.” “Our studio session ended at 4 am and my dad asked me after all those hours and after all that work if I still wanted to do this,” she recalls. “When I answered yes, that’s how he knew I was serious about being a singer.”

Tyler Collins

was born in Harlem, New York in 1966. She was raised in Detroit Michigan and took lessons in dance and theare. As she got better, Collins performed with a childrens theatre group Willow Opera Workshop in Los Angeles, California.
Entering the music industry, Collins joined the group Boys Next Door in 1987. They were signed to Jermaine Jackson's Work Records label. Two years later, she left the group and signed with RCA Records. The same year, Collins released her debut album Girls Nite Out. The lead single for the album, 'Whatcha Gonna Do' was cowritten by Collins and reached #8 on the R&B charts. The title track for the album came out in 1989 and did well, reaching #6 on the Hot 100 and #8 on the R&B charts.
Collins has written a lot for other artists including Celine Dion, Shanice and Jeffrey Osborne. In 1995, Collins was part of the song 'Freedom' from the movie Panther.

Outside of her musical ventures, Collins has appeared in several shows and movies. In 1991, she played the role of Tina in the movie A Rage In Harlem. She also appeared in the movie Why Colors? and was Cinderella in an episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Joonie


was initially discovered by rap icon Warren G, who was instrumental in helping him get his first label deal at the age of 21.

He took an introspective hiatus from the music industry, for a while, and stayed behind the scenes, writing, arranging, producing or playing instrumentals for other artists including, Ruben Studdard, Nappy Roots and unreleased collaborations with Angie Stone and Mos Def, but his talent would once again surface to the forefront. After touring and performing with Elliott Yamin, the audience reactions to Joonie's performances night after night were overwhelming and undeniable that people wanted to hear more from him.

Acoustic Love, Joonie's debut album, released on April 27, 2010 is real music, expressing his feelings about love and relationships, explored from a very rare point of view in current popular music; one where romance exists, women, are valued and appreciated, a story is told and pure emotions are expressed set to perfect arrangements with infectious rhythms.
