 That's right, folks - Carson's Corner is back! Tonight we'll be joined at 8pm EST by none other than Shannon "The Cannon" Ritch, returning to the show for his first ever LIVE appearance.

Cannon and Bob will discuss a range of topics from the state of MMA, upcoming fights, Dana White's management style and why 2011 saw "Cannon" take it easy compared to his usual hectic schedule with only 2 MMA fights and 1 boxing match.
What happened in his 1 punch KO win at GRUESOME MMA? What about his TKO loss at Rage in the Cage to Canadian Scott Guenther? Is his body suffering after hundreds of MMA fights and did that cause him to have hand problems in his boxing debut?

After talking to Shannon, at 8:30pm EST Bob will then speak to OnTheMat.com's Alan "Gumby" Marques, head instructor at Heroes MMA and BJJ statesman. How has the sport of BJJ changed? What about some of the crazy antics featuring oldschool grapplers like Wallid Ismail and others? What about YouTube "technique frauds" claiming bogus BJJ belts?
As if that wasn't enough, at 9pm Bob will be joined by his final guest, Tapout Training Center's Kekoa Quitpotla who will give the inside story on the successful facility including the brazen robbery that took place in 2009 and much more.
