Today we share several tools to grow your Boresha Private Estates Coffee business using free online tools. Below are the tools mentioned on the show and a brief description about how to use them. For more detail, please listen to today's show. Twitter: The big question that Twitter asks you to answer in 140 characters is, "What are you doing?" Sometimes you can share your Boresha Private Estates Coffee website link Sometimes you will answer someone's question, ask a question of your own, or simply carry on a micro-conversation. You'll follow people and gain followers. Please be sure to follow me, @TheStoryLady, and pay attention to how I "tweet" so you can grow your own skills. Sharing a way for people to get a free sample of the coffee is a non-threatening, friendly way of introducing your business without virtually shouting VISIT MY WEBSITE!!!!! TweetBeep: TweetBeep is a great tool for inserting yourself into conversations using keywords. I wouldn't try using "coffee" simply because that term is so general you could make yourself nuts trying to reply and engage the conversations. You go to the TweetBeep site and set up specific alerts. Do one for your name in quotes "Ronda Del Boccio" of course is mine. You might follow conversations around, say, "fair trade coffee" or "fair trade," for example. Look at the tweets listed in the email. Some will be reply-worthy and others won't, but this gives you a great way to gently carry your business relationships forward in a non-threatening way. Google Alerts: Google Alerts are alerts sent into your inbox just like what you get from TweetBeep, except that you get your choice of news, blogs, websites (or all of these) using the keyword or keyword phrase you ahve chosen. You might select "Certified Organic coffee" as a phrase to follow. If you are following blogs using that term, you will get a daily or weekly listing (depending on your choice) of each time that phrase is highly indexed. Then you can comment on that blog. You can also use the alerts as fodder for your own blog or articles that you write. Writing Articles: One of the best ways to showcase your expertise and brand YOU as a trustworthy expert is to write articles and post them to sites like EzineArticles.com. You can use the numerous reports available in the Boresha back office as inspiration. You can also use resources, blog posts, articles and websites you have discovered from using Twitter, TweetBeep and Google Alerts as well as other articles on the article directory. Remember: you're using these as inspirational resources. You do not copy them and slap your name on them. You can put "free article directory" or a similar phrase into a Google search box to find some of the dozens of article directories that exist. People who have web magazines and newsletters as well as bloggers use these articles to use. These articles give full credit to the author and keep the resources (website link info etc.) intact. that is what makes your articles so valuable to yoru business. Blogging: Just in case you hae no clue what in the heck a blog is, a blog is what you're reading right now. It is short for "web log" and is a frequently refreshed online clearing house for your thoughts. Some people's blogs are purely personal, and others, like this one and like yours, are for business. You can write about Boresha Private Estates Coffee, coffee in general, places in Africa (Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Uganda are where Boresha Coffee come from), etc. Once again, your own articles, other articles from the article directories, other people's blog posts, and resources from Twitter, TweetBeep and Google Alerts give you material about which to write a blog. You can also share stories about your experiences with coffee. Please visit the My Coffee Story blog to share your favorite memories or stories that have happened over and around coffee. Your story could be in a book! I hope these 5 tools help get your business building juices flowing! Ronda Del Boccio, The Story Lady
