It is a complex look at family within the black community. Loyalty is the film adaptation of a stage play written and directed by Little Rock playwright Jennifer Davis called “Philia” (Greek n. brotherly love). In 2006 Jennifer became known, regionally for her traveling stage play “Freedom” and her ability to transport social issues into media.
