Although we all begin our lives with Brilliance, like most things in life that we hope will grow strong and expand, we need to foster that growth. We fuel our bodies, brains, relationships, and spirituality among many other aspects in life to sustain them. Brilliance blooms under similar nurturing type activities. What we eat, who we spend time with, the places our body and spirit connect with feeds our Brilliance. Most of know that our bank accounts fare much better if we put more in than we take out. I am not suggesting that you not share your Brilliance, but to replenish it and often to help it shine brighter!

Sometimes Brilliance requires a moment to step back from our daily activities to help it bloom. Take a day to honor your voice; let it rest part of the day. Take a digestive vacation a few hours or days by fasting. if you find yourself feeling out of sorts or start believing Brilliance has passed you by, take a break. However that break manifests for you, enjoy every second as you remind your Brilliance it always has the ability to shine. Join me for a little Brilliance!
