We came across an article that talked about customer service, how to deal with customers and why you should train your customer. Needless to say this was our "stuck on stupid" but we also talked about why this is what's wrong with businesses or mainly corporate America. There was also an article that came out this past week about chef/restaurant owner - Andy Husbands that he kicked out a rude customer in his restaurant recently. We chat about that and how people are getting so tired of these bad customers and finally doing something about it which of course makes our hearts smile.
