She is a member of the Principal Training team at BluPrint and led training sessions for the Maryland-based Affordable Care Act (aka "Obamacare") She trained over 250 Maryland state Case Workers in preparation for the roll-out of the October 1, 2013 national health-care reform initiative. Carla is experienced with forecasting, and planning, sales support, customer service and analytical problem-solving skills. Leading by example, has been the key to her success. Her training competencies include: Executive Trainer; Communication/Time Management Skills; High Impact Selling Skills and Organizational/Strategic Thinking Skills. Carla's other accomplishments include being selected as the Corporate trainer for contract & compliance for major universities, hospitals and sporting venues and has served as Management Essentials facilitator for the deployment of management training.
