Alan McComas - Best Selling Author Of "The Laidback Lifestyle" Interviewed

Alan is Vice President of SEI Engineers, Inc, SEI is a consulting engineering firm specializing in the design of bulk material handling facilities. Alan has an architectural degree from Columbus Technical Institute and loves his career at SEI. Alan says “We have a great group of people at SEI. We’re a family. I enjoy going to the office every day. Engineering is all about solving the client’s problem and we think outside of the box to make that happen”. Alan’s problem-solving skills and “outside of the box” thinking is also what got him into the real estate investing business as well. Alan has created a successful real estate investing business that includes wholesaling, fixing, flipping and renting single family houses all while doing it part time from home. Alan also finds time to write. He just finished his first book called “The Laidback Lifestyle”, which debuted #1 on the Amazon Best Seller list. It’s the first in a series of personal development and motivational books to help others develop a successful attitude and mindset. Alan and his wife, Janie live in Powell, Oh. Alan and Janie enjoy golfing and traveling along with helping others through mentoring and charity work. Janie manages the office for their rental properties, has a home network marketing business, is a hospice volunteer and is on the local hospice board. Each year, Alan and Janie hosts the “Big Al Charity Golf Outing” raising thousands of dollars for various charities.
