The premiere episode tackles recent reports that CNET has been forced by CBS to censor product coverage of products as Dish Network's "The Hopper" because CBS says "The Hopper" illegally allows it's users to skip it's ads on the CBS network. CBS has also asked CNET to censor any coverage of Barry Diller's Aero service. You may know Barry from several sucessful companies like USA Network, Expedia, Match.com, CitySearch and Ask.com. Recently, Greg Sandoval, a reporter at CNET, quit and joined Yahoo! TV's Verge network. This broadcast features Fred Davis, previously of CNET, now journalist and entreprenuer, Andrew Eisnew of Shopzilla, and analyst, Richard Goodwin.
