Feelings, ugh!  I don't know about you but feelings never were my favorite part of being on the planet!  Today it is great  everytime I learn a new one!  

Now please know that I am not being a cheerleader on this one.  I have battled depression, anxiety, and addictions.  I have suffered grief and loss, and fallen into that black hole I never thought I would climb out of.  What I will be sharing with you is NOT just my good idea, it is how I saved my life and made a life worth saving for myself today.  I want to share it with you because I believe that you deserve to be loved and heard.

This week on Building Blocks of Recovery Radio I will be sharing with you ways and tips to make feelings ok.  We will add in yoga poses, essential oils, affirmations and the steps to create a holistic, 360 perspective of recovery.
