I disagree with Brother Marcus' assertion that only punks and "soft" male teachers are going to the elementary schools because they're too scared of highschoolers. I think by the time they're in high school many young black American kids are too far gone beyond redemption so it is necessary to prevent or reverse the damage in elementary and middle school.

I agree with the panelist Brian with regards to his statement that being an intelligent black man is perceived as a thread in American society today.
What role a man needs a woman to play in his life? He needs a woman to be loving and supportive to him as well as appreciative of him, not emasculating, belligerent, and combative as so many black American women are these days.
