Ms Fahim has been involved with Natural Health for over 25 years. She believes that the Foods we eat are always the first line of defense to gain and keep optimal health. Ms Fahim feels that Good Quality Foods and other holistic methods such as supplementation, herbs, cleansing the body of toxic waste and poisons, exercise, positive thoughts, and drinking good quality water are all practical methods to enhancing our body’s ability to prevent and deal with inflammation, illness, cancer, stress, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and more.
Ms Fahim has educated herself by reading, researching, and working with other Master Herbalists & Holistic Health Professionals. She believes we control and hold our health in our own hands and we should stop depending on others to do what we can do for ourselves by becoming more educated about the way our bodies work. Ms Fahim believes that while Medicine has its place, it is over used and abused. Her goal is to share the knowledge she has gained over the years to assist others to become more in control of their own health through Natural Health Methods.
