1 Peter 3:18

So have you ever wondered how God can both love and forgive the sinner and yet punish the sin at the same time?

For the unsaved, this is the most important thing they will ever hear. And for the believer, we need to be reminded of the price of our sins.

So I promise on the basis of the Word of God that the timeless Truth contained in this short yet powerful message will transform your lives!

Today we are looking at part of one verse.

Because this one short passage is so packed with spiritual dynamite that one spark of saving F.A.I.T.H. can literally set it off and it will blow the sin, failure, despair, and disappointment out of our lives!

1 Peter 3:18a For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God,

Now the timeless truth we are looking at today is: How does God forgive sin?

This is an important question because of the sad reality of sin.

In this message we will look at 4 key points to this one small dynamite packed verse on how God forgives sin:

1) The Substitutionary Sacrifice

2) The Suffering Sacrifice

3) The Settled Sacrifice

4) The Sufficient Sacrifice

Jesus took my hell that I may share in His heaven.  Oh what a Savior!
