Ron Waterman, a former heavyweight mixed martial artist, says, "I continue to fight, but I fight from victory not for victory." He has learned that true victory comes only through Jesus Christ and is happy to proclaim, "I can do everything through Him who gives me strength" Philippians 4:13, NIV).

Ron can break baseball bats behind his back, run through walls of ice, bend metal rods in his teeth, and snap handcuffs without flinching. This 6'2", 280-pound man, however, was brought to his knees by struggles with temptations in various forms. Finally, when he was thirty-five, he discovered the peace that only Jesus can give. Ron's book shows that "tapping out to Jesus" is the only real answer to all of life's struggles.

Ron Waterman was a high school teacher before he entered the UFC as a top heavyweight mixed martial artist. He then entered professional wrestling and competed with the WWE before becoming a full-time evangelist with Team Impact Ministries. He now travels the globe doing feats of strength and telling people about Jesus. Ron lives in Greeley, Colorado, with his wife, Daisy, and his two sons, Justin and Austin. He describes himself as "an ordinary man with an extraordinary belief." Tapped Out by Jesus: From the Cage to the Cross shares his phenomenal story in a very effective, simple, and direct style.
