Philip T. Hicks, is the author of "The Cross and the .357 Magnum," which tells the story of how the author lived the life of a prodigal son that led him to a maximum security prison and a sentence of life plus 15 years. He found Jesus during this time, told the truth at his trial, and was miraculously released from prison. Philip T. Hicks is founder of A Merry Heart Ministries. He performs, entertains, and ministers all over the world. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Television & Journalism, Philip went on to study acting and has used his skills on both radio and television, doing promotions and voice-overs. His ad lib skills have led to over 20 years as a professional entertainer. After being faithful to minister in northern California area prisons for several years, in 2008 the Hicks embarked on a one year, coast-to-coast mission to minister to youth, men, and women behind bars. Since returning Philip has returned to minister in both Florida and Washington prisons. You can Visit the author's website at http://www.amerryheart.com
